01 / The brief

Technical flooring services needed a clearer digital structure.

OZ Garage Floor provides epoxy, polyaspartic and polyurethane flooring solutions across Brisbane, the Gold Coast, Logan, Redlands and surrounding areas. Customers often know they need a durable floor before they understand which system is appropriate.

Prysma DMKT worked with DMKT Performance on a responsive WordPress website combining service pages, technical information, project imagery, testimonials, FAQs and direct quote paths.

02 / The challenge

Technical detail had to support the sale rather than slow it down.

Potential customers may not understand the difference between coating systems, preparation requirements, anti-slip options or finish choices. If the site is too technical, it increases uncertainty; if it is too simplified, it loses credibility.

The structure therefore needed to explain enough, provide visual proof and support location-based discovery while moving users naturally toward a quote.

01

Explain systems

Translate specialist coating options into understandable differences and use cases.

02

Show real outcomes

Use project imagery and finish examples to make abstract technical information more concrete.

03

Support local intent

Connect service pages and quote actions with the areas the business actually serves.

03 / The experience

Move from comparing systems to requesting a quote.

The page architecture gives technical information a commercial role: help a visitor narrow the choice, understand the process and then ask for a project-specific quote.

01

Compare flooring systems

Introduce epoxy, polyaspartic, polyurethane and finish options in language a non-specialist can scan.

02

Understand the process

Use technical information and project context to explain preparation, application and practical considerations.

03

Start an enquiry

Keep quote actions available once the visitor has enough information to describe the project.

04 / The implementation

Service architecture with enough technical depth to remain credible.

The site uses custom WordPress and Bootstrap patterns with dedicated pages for systems such as Deco Flake and Full Flake, alongside technical information and project galleries.

The implementation combines responsive layout, local service structure and reusable content areas so future flooring systems, locations or project examples can be added without changing the core experience.

  • Local SEO and quote pathways

05 / Evidence

Let project evidence support the technical explanation.

Flooring is easier to evaluate when users can see finishes and completed work alongside the written explanation.

06 / Results & delivery

A foundation for local service discovery with a documented technical snapshot.

The delivered website gives technical content, visual proof and quote generation distinct but connected roles. Customers can compare systems without needing to understand every detail before making contact.

The original project preserved desktop Lighthouse scores. They are presented below as a historical technical snapshot rather than proof of lead growth or a claim about the site’s current score.

Key takeaway

What this project demonstrates.

Technical service websites work best when expertise is translated into decisions. The goal is not to remove detail, but to sequence it so customers can compare, understand and enquire without needing to become specialists first.
